Our Story
Since 2012, after much experimenting, tasting and testing, the craft brewery began preparing its magic through carefully considered recipes. Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. produces a distinctive line-up of easy drinking, full-flavoured beer with the perfect balance of deliciousness, attitude, and northern provenance.
Starting with an idea formed over sharing a home brew with friends and bringing that craft beer love to our community, Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. slowly grew with hard work and supportive customers from a few beers in 2012 to a diverse portfolio of beers daily.

Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. moved from its starter home to its current site in 2016 and added to the packaging and production line. Within a year, a unique taproom experience developed that looks over our many stainless tanks and an inclusive storefront to showcase our merchandise and some local collaborations that greets everyone when you arrive at our door.

Each tour includes a 45 minute guided tour through the brewery, and along the way you’ll be treated to three 4 oz. samples of our award-winning beer, curated by our amazing SGBC tour guides!

Tours will be after 4pm weekdays and from 1pm – 4pm Saturday and Sunday

Tours are $20.00 per person, and include tour, plus three 4oz. samples.
Can reserve up to 20 people per private party.

A fun and educational evening where SGBC staff guide you through beer and food pairings.
